Resetting Passwords as an Admin

Sometimes the day is just not how you wanted it to be! Email isn’t working, the internet is acting up! ALL you want to DO is give ONE appreciation to someone that helped you today! Is that too much to ask? Don’t worry, if you’re an admin you can help set someone’s password for them and help them access their account when they can’t. This article will show you how to do just that.

Didn't your parents tell you to keep track of your passwords?

First, if an employee needs to reset a password, then refer them here -> (Reset Password). If they are still having trouble logging in, then you as the admin can save the day!

  • Head to the drop down menu at the top of your screen next to your name and select 'Admin Tools'

  • You'll see the Reset Password option on the left hand side.

Here you can type in the email address of any user and manually change their password. Once the user logs in, refer them to the “Change Password” feature in their drop down.
