Check to make sure everyone received their milestone awards!

If a user doesn’t receive their birthday or anniversary bonus, then you can run an audit and make the adjustment in the Audit Milestones feature. Head to 'Admin Tools' and the 'Audit Milestones' option. Type the dates you need to audit and click the blue audit button.

The 'Audit Anniversaries' or 'Audit Birthdays' button will let you see the milestones without making the corrections. You will then get a detailed report on anyone that did not get their bonus cash or award. 

The 'Audit and Fix Anniversaries' or 'Audit and Fix Birthdays' button will make those adjustments and automatically give everyone their bonus. If it only says 'Complete' you can be sure nobody was skipped.
