Our responsibilities change regularly in our fast-paced world. We just hope it was tied to a promotion! When your role or responsibilities change, you can easily update Motivosity.
- Select your name in the top right. In this case, "Leslie".
- Scroll down to 'My Responsibilities'.
- Add to "Responsibility" and click Enter. If you don't select enter it will not save the added responsibility.
Please note: Responsibilities are searchable in the entire database. This is a great way to help with on-boarding new employees and knowing who to reach out to if you have questions in a specific area.
You can search the database by searching in the top search bar.
That will then show you everyone who has responsibility for "outreach" in this case.
