Do you want to know who you have and haven't thanked recently? Head to your Motivosity homepage and near the fra right you'll see who you've 'Last Thanked' and 'Your Peers and Manager'. This is a great place to start when you want to recognize some people and don't know where to start. Clicking on the plus sign next to any user will automatically start an appreciation for this person.
