Appreciation flow is an Insight that will show you how appreciations are flowing from one department to the other. To see the Appreciation flow, follow these steps:

• Select Insights on the top bar of the home page. 

Then select Recognition and then select Appreciation Flow. 

You can filter by Date, Country, Type, Hierarchy, Persons Name or Department Name by clicking the carrot icon on the top right.  

How Can This Graph Help Me?

As you look at this graphic, think about career opportunities, cross-training, collaboration, mentorship opportunities, and how the company is currently doing at working together.  While micro cultures result in growing businesses, you still want employees to understand they are part of a bigger pictures.  This is a good way to get a pulse on that aspect of your business!
