Have you been through a couple of places trying to find where to download this information? 

'First, click on insights at the top of the home page 

Next on 'eNPS & Satisfaction' tile click on 'See all...'

Then select 'Satisfaction Surveys' under reports. 

This will give you data about your satisfaction survey. If you scroll all the way down down down to the bottom you'll see a blue 'Download Raw Data' button. Select that and it will export your results to a spreadsheet
