Accessing Feedback Analytics

In order to access feedback analytics go to Insights - Feedback 

Feedback Overview 

The most recent ratings panel pulls the most recent rating for each user in the company.  The number in the middle of each box has the number of people with that exact rating.  The small percentage on the top right of each box is the percentage of people found according to the filter.  For example if there are 24 people in the company, a box with 6 people in it represents 25% of the company.  


Job Results and Values contribution progress can be filtered in different time frames by selecting the cog gear in the top right of each dashboard.  You will be able to see who has moved from tier to tier based on how you configured feedback.


Downloading Feedback Details

Go to Insights - Feedback - Reports - Feedback Details

You can filter the data by any time frame you'd like to see in the top right of the report.  You can then download the data into a spreadsheet to see all the details of those feedback sessions.  The results can only be seen by those who are downstream from your "realm of influence."
