You can review previous 1 on 1s that you've had with your manager by using the 'My History' tab and selecting the '1 on 1s' tab. This will first display the upcoming meeting you have scheduled and you can choose to review the agenda which will direct you to add notes and view what items are listed currently. Past meetings will give you the option to 'view' all the previous meetings. You then have the option to download a report with all the meetings.
