You received a welcome email to Motivosity, now what?
- The registration link you received will be live for 24 hours.
- Click that link.
- Enter and confirm your password.
- You will automatically get logged in and taken through a quick tutorial of the platform!
Having trouble logging in?
If you’re unable to sign in to Motivosity, don't fret! Follow the steps below and we'll help you get logged in!
You didn't receive an email or, has your email link expired?
- Go to app.motivosity.com.
- Enter your work email.
- Select 'I Need My Password'
- Go ahead and check your email and you'll be able to configure your password and log in!
Forgot your password?
- You can reset your password by going to the login page at app.motivosity.com.
- Enter your email address
- Select 'I need my Password'
- Check your email for a reset link. (It will be from email@example.com)
Your account doesn't exist?
- You'll want to reach out to your internal Motivosity administrator and have them check which email your account was created under. Once you know which email you need to log in with, go ahead and try the steps above.
Note: Our policy is to never change user data, this is up to the customer, and your Motivosity administrator will be able to help with this. You may know who this is off the top of your head or your manager and peers likely know who it is.
