Oh-no! Did you lose your ThanksMatters Card the last time you were out shopping? Or was your physical or virtual card stolen? No need to fear, we've got your back!

Step 2: Submit a ticket to be issued a new card

If your physical or virtual ThanksMatters card has been lost or stolen, please contact our amazing Motivosity Support Team by submitting a ticket here or by emailing us at support@motivosity.com.

Please Note: When submitting a lost or stolen card, please indicate in the ticket that the card was lost or stolen.
